Americana folk art 4th of July Crow standing on Uncle Sam top hat

DESCRIPTION: Add this Americana summer folk art piece to your collection! This is a 5.75 inch tall Uncle Sam top hat with standing crow and watermelon. Crow has toes, big glossed eyes and silly beak. In his mouth is a juicy slice of watermelon. He stands on an Uncle Sam style red white and blue top hat. Nice star with 4th. Signed original art!  All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces.
