Summer folk art BIRD with wood beak - misc

DESCRIPTION: Summer folk art bird with hand carved wood beak! This is a great art decoration for summer time and especially for your beach getaway 2nd home. This folk art bird stands 6.5 inches tall. He's got two metal "buttons" on his wings, two golden painted eye patches, that hand carved wooden beak, adorable matching shoes and a fine crackle wood base.  Signed original art!  All artwork is hand painted with layers of paint, sealed with stain and a light coating of beeswax. Each character starts off as a sketch then I build an armature. I add clay, the clay is processed then painted with layers of paint. None of the pieces I create are reproduced. All artwork on this site and my Etsy shop are one of a kind pieces. ARTIST: I am a long time artist of over 20 years in the same medium of clay art.
