Fantastic farmers and ranchers, their criollo orchard is a happy, productive paradise.  Choosing to farm criollo cacao - the rare, smaller pods that produce white cocoa beans instead of the purple beans - is a pro challenge that they are proud to have mastered.  Very rare! And very tasty.
