These are whole roasted beans straight from Hawaii. You can crunch with the shell on or peel off the parchment for a refined cocoa treat. Or make your own bean-to-bar chocolate by adding sugar and grind away! Our beans are only 1-3 months from harvest and are the freshest you can get giving them a more moist texture and fruity flavor to add to superior chocolate tastes. Most non-USA beans are years-old before arriving in the US market and have dry, sour notes due to unnecessary aging.  Choose 1oz or 4oz pouch.
