PURE Caramel Honey sauce is the creation of Robin Harlan (owner and wife to the beekeeper Henry Harlan) It is a wonderfully rich and decadent caramel sauce made with our orange blossom honey. We make the caramel in small batches once a week. It is a perfect combination of Caramel and honey! Pairing: Try drizzling the Caramel honey sauce over apples, pears, cheesecake, ice cream, apple pie, pancakes, or just eat it out of the jar!
