The Lost Art from Puroast is a flavor learned from a special friend, a coffee grower & roaster from the mountains of Venezuela Lost Art is a roast half way between our dark and medium roasts In the effort to perfect the Puroast process, we employed the tastes of a Venezuelan guru; he recommended this roast. Allows for a certain consumer who’s not quite a dark roast enthusiast, but needs bolder tones than medium roast offers. Puroast’s true low acid makes this happen, and was approved by our friend who’s name was Angel (yes that’s his name!)
