The typical period between reservation and delivery of our farm fresh beef is 3 to 4 weeks.  At Purchase: Reserve your share with a 30% deposit  TOTAL PRICE: $1,350.00    New Policy for 2025 Because of Hellene damage, we ask our customers to pick up their beef straight from the processor. The first three steers are at Knight’s processing near Keysville, Ga. Additionally, we will limit our offerings to hamburger meat, 1/4, 1/2, and 1/1 beef shares, and have fewer steers available for the 2025 harvest season than we had in 2024.
