We Gather Together – Advanced Piano Arrangement Sheet Music

Here's an advanced piano arrangement of church hymn “We Gather Together,” inspired by the classical style of late-eighteenth century composers such as Haydn and Mozart. It begins with an introduction where the right hand melody is derived from the main motif of the hymn while the left hand accompaniment is built on broken chords. Then the first verse continues in this fashion, with the right hand playing the main tune and the left hand carrying the same accompaniment pattern it played in the introduction. On the second verse the is a sudden change in mood with a transition from C major to A minor. Finally on the last verse we transition back to a major key, but this time we're in the key of B flat major.
