Low Gap 8 Year Malted Rye Whiskey

New Limited Release This is the ultimate rye. Most ryes are overly spicy and harsh. Low Gap's 8 Year Rye is different. It has beautiful malted notes with flavors of toasted grains, dried fruit and just enough sweetness. Finishes long with notes of dark chocolate. It's what Rye should taste like! Double distilled using the Charentais Method using an antique cognac pot still. Aged in American Oak barrels then finished in Cognac barrels.
