Arugula microgreens have a distinctive, peppery flavor, often described as slightly spicy or nutty. The flavor is milder than that of mature arugula but still carries a pleasant bite.  Arugula microgreens are rich in vitamins and minerals, including antioxidants that support overall health and may help boost the immune system.
