Five-Tiered German Nativity Carousel, Electric

The German holiday tradition of decorating the table with a wooden nativity carousel dates back to the 16th century. When I was a child, my grandmother put hers in the middle of the "children's table" for Christmas lunch, and my sister, cousins and I delighted at watching the carousel gently turn once its candles were lit. Handmade by the Mueller family in Germany using traditional woodworking methods, these carousels are heirlooms to be handed down the generations. I have a few that I bought 23 years ago when my son was born, and they look as beautiful now as they did then.   Dimensions: 13" x 27.5"
