Handmade in Charleston by artist Dawn Nakamura, who is known for the antique glass globes she fills with beautiful butterflies, shells and natural wonders, these butterfly globe ornaments remind me of the curiosities found at Deyrolle in Paris. Each real butterfly in suspended in the glass globe, the bottom of which is lined with Italian papers or de Gournay papers.
