Handwoven Anorak Jacket

This jacket is made by hand at our atelier from handwoven fabrics woven by us over the course of days. The backside features a hand-painted Western-inspired design.  Res Ipsa Fall/Winter collection is made from our own custom handwoven cotton fabric. It’s slow fashion in the best sense because it is painstakingly woven by us and we make only what we need. Each weaver can produce about 3-5 meters of fabric a day. Anorak jackets have a storied past, first crafted by the Inuit to endure Arctic conditions.
