  Asha Aravindakshan (@dcasha) is the author of Skills: The Common Denominator. Previously, she streamlined business operations to maximize accountability, growth and strategic alignment for public and private stakeholders. Asha serves on the Alumni Leadership Council for the Forte Foundation, Board of Directors for MIT Sloan Club of NY, and as a Venture Partner for Verve Ventures. She is the recipient of awards on digital transformation and future of work. Asha studied business at GWU and MIT. Asha has experience working across the public, private, non profit sectors.   She has functional area experience in strategy, performance management, operations, marketing, IT, HR/employee experience, finance, customer success/customer experience. She has industries of expertise including education/ed tech, entrepreneurship/social entrepreneurship, market research, philanthropy, and technology.
