Before I started at my current company, I had no idea what I wanted to do so I tried everything; and I needed to pay for college. Through 2 degrees and 7 internships, I did everything from marketing, to website design, to sales (for one day...). I tried government, nonprofits, customer service, and eventually landed in Tech where in less than 5 years I went from an HR Intern to Director of all internal programs for California. While my background is in operations, program management, HR and communications, I have also built VR, helped scrum teams, mentor and judge startups for VCs, and manage 90 developers, designers and data scientists.
