Vineyard Il Molinaccio’s four hectare farm is located due east of Montepulciano in the small hamlet of Cervognano. Winemaker Alessandro Sartini farms organically and uses a Guyot training method as he believes it makes a more elegant and expressive wine from the Prugnolo Gentile varietal of Sangiovese.
