RS112 II
The new RS112II is the newly designed version of the RS112. The original version was well received and performed well. After 16 years I kept thinking about the cab and was delving into it one night and decided I may be able to improve it. I spent a month of prototyping and the RS112II is the result. Dimensions are the same, I was able to achieve low end extension, higher output which translated to this new big 3D voice. I was hopeful but did not assume that it would come out this good. I can finally say, I love it. Reviewed in issue #12 of Bass Gear Magazine, the RS112/RS112T is the bigger brother of the RS110. You get a very nice stand up bass tone out of a solid body fretless. Bass Gear had it just left of rock on their “Toneometer” but to my ears it’s also a strong, jazz, blues, or fusion cab.
