Hand-dredged zucchini, baked to perfection, layered with homemade marinara, mozzarella, & parmesan- Zucchini Parmesan that’s rustic, flavorful, & oh so good. Approximate servings: 3-5 (9x9 pan), 2-3 (loaf pan) Vegetarian Ingredients: homemade marinara, *zucchini, mozzarella, parmesan, panko breadcrumbs, *eggs, salt, oregano, basil, pepper *local Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cooking instructions Recommended method: Thaw completely in refrigerator for at least 24 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove foil and plastic wrap. Bake until sauce is bubbling and cheese is melted, 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Consume within 3 days of thawing. From frozen: Preheat oven to 300°F.
