Whidbey Hardworking Hands hand soap
This is our sixth year of improving our hardworking hands soap (which used to be called gardener's soap). We shift it and improve it every year because we are land lovers, ethical foragers, gardeners, and hard workers ourselves, and we're as loving and patient with our soaps as we are with our gardens (we're still working on being as loving and patient with ourselves). This year the hardworking hands soap holds windfall Whidbey Douglas fir and pine branches plus honeysuckle flowers from the land here, too. All gathered by us or by kind, generous friends after winter windstorms. In addition to the plant-infused olive oils, we also add ground windfall Whidbey Douglas fir needles into the mix as an extra punch of forest love and scrubbiness for dirty hands. The simple beauty of these trees and flowers is heart and soul healing, at least for us!
