All adapters are 3.5" on one side and varying sizes on the other side to adapt to your downpipe outlet.   Please note: we refer to the ACTUAL downpipe outlet size not what the manufacturers advertises as their downpipe size.  The vast majority of downpipes taper back down to the oem/3.15" outlet to mate up to an oem exhaust.
