American Flag Theme Pro Cornhole Boards

These are professional grade tournament board sets hand built to the highest standard and follow all ACO ACL and ACA regulations.  The Tops are directly printed using uv cured ink onto 3/4 baltic birch plywood.  3 coats of semi gloss high traffic clear is then sprayed creating the perfect playing surface.  The frames are precision cut on our industrial CNC router also out of 3/4" baltic birch.  Besides the unique interlocking design the frames are 2-3/4" tall where even top manufacturers dial in at 2-1/2".  Also instead of one center rail we use 2 center rails that match the front and rear rails. Handles are shaped for comfort and cut out of the middle of the frame to prevent compromising the integrity of the 46-1/4" span.  This also makes carrying both boards at once using the interlocking system a breeze. Our legs and leg rails are also made from 3/4" baltic birch but legs are doubled and capped with 1-1/2" rubber feet eliminating any recoil or movement even on those slick surfaces.
