Fiber Laser Air Assist

Adding air assist to your fiber or galvo laser can be an amazing option to add to the quality of your engravings by minimizing the amount of build up of particulate as it goes. With a constant stream of air across the engraving area, it helps to ensure you are always marking a clean and bare surface. The kit can be easily mounted anywhere on your laser bed and the adjustable hose allows easy control of direction to help ensure it is blowing in the direction of your exhaust fan. Our aluminum manifold ensures longevity by handling the air pressure and secure fastening of the threads and connectors. Other 3D printed options can fatigue over time around the threads or with higher pressures.
