It features four BNC input channels, each capable of handling a bandwidth of 350 MHz and a sampling rate of 1.5 GS/s, providing high-resolution data acquisition with 8-bit resolution and a 40 V peak-to-peak range. This device is equipped with a BNC output channel that offers a 20 MHz bandwidth and a 125 MS/s sampling rate, with 14-bit resolution and an amplitude range of up to ±12 V AC. The output buffer can accommodate up to 1 million samples, ensuring comprehensive data analysis capabilities. In addition to its primary functions, the ADP5470 includes a variety of measurement capabilities such as DC and AC voltage, DC and AC current, resistance, diode testing, and continuity checks.
