Sugilite Rough Slab Parcel

Sugilite is a rare cyclosilicate mineral from the Wassels Mine in South Africa. There has been very limited production over the past few decades and few other mineral produces such vibrant, rich purple hues.  This parcel of 8 pieces weighs a combined 66.6g. The largest stone measures 48 x 27 x 7 mm and weighs 19.9 g. The smallest 18 x 11 x 6 mm and 2.4 g.
