Bear Mountain Smoke 'Ems Savory BBQ

No smoker? No problem! Smoke 'Ems are packets of real hardwood pellets, specially packaged for use with a gas or charcoal grill.  While preheating your grill, place one of the smoke 'ems packet above the burner (or coals if charcoal grill) with the hole at the top. After about 5 -10 minutes the packets should be producing smoke and the grill temperature can be adjusted for cooking. Each packet will provide up to 45 minutes of real wood smoke to flavor your meal. The savory blend adds a smooth smoke flavor for darker meats like turkey, duck, lamb and beef, as well as for baking bread, side dishes and desserts.
