Bear Mountian Smoke 'Ems Bold BBQ

Smoke 'Ems are packets of real hardwood pellets, specially packaged for use with a gas or charcoal grill. Bold BBQ blend brings BIG flavor for the boldest of eats. Smoky, earthy and rich, this robust hardwood blend is crafted for a bold smoke profile with a bite. It is a favorite for brisket,  pork shoulder and beer can chicken. While preheating your grill, place one of the smoke 'ems packet above the burner (or coals if charcoal grill) with the hole at the top. After about 5 -10 minutes the packets should be producing smoke and the grill temperature can be adjusted for cooking. Each packet will provide up to 45 minutes of real wood smoke to flavor your meal.
