Mystery polish to celebrate my 40th birthday!  this is a specific polish, not interchangeable   Rogue Lacquer is 5-free and cruelty-free. All polishes are mixed in small batches, which can result in small differences in color and texture from batch to batch. For best results, use with one of our high-quality base and top coats.
