Bolivia Illimani
This is our first Bolivian offering at Rose Park. Our friends at Red Fox have been offering hidden gems from this part of the world for years now and so when the opportunity to grab a lot came up, we jumped at the chance. Rather than a show-stopping acid bomb, or some treatise on anerobic processing, this washed coffee chooses a more subtle approach; firmly placing itself in the comforting area of our offerings with milk chocolate, prune, dried cherry and a bit of hazelnut flavor notes being the predominate characteristics in the cup.
