It’s the start of Ethiopia season for most of us in the west and I have to tell you…I.AM.GIDDY.  Ethiopia continues to have a special place in our hearts when it comes to specialty coffee. Arabica coffee traces its origins to Ethiopia along with having flavor profiles you cannot find anywhere else in the world. The florals, fruits, and finishes in Ethiopian coffee are as varied as they are delicious, none more than this Single-Farmer Project Arsosala by Mr. Ocholo Bedecho.    The Single-Farmer Project was created in partnership with our friends at Café Imports and is the result of an effort to support Ethiopian producers with a marketplace for farm-traceable coffees. This is unique in the Ethiopia coffee system as most lots are blended together to maintain regional consistency.
