This includes connecting stainless steel fittings to the lay flat hose, waterproof splicing the submersible pump wire to the well pump, and connecting the pump wire to the lay flat hose with high quality cable straps.Why use Lay Flat?Our lay flat hose is a durable and sturdy well hose tailored for the needs of our end customers. Installation is made simple with our Quick Deploy Kit, eliminating the need for costly heavy machinery and heavy 10-20 foot sections of threaded PVC or steel. With a tensile strength of over 6,000 lbs and a working pressure of 420 psi, this versatile hose is well-suited for various pumping applications, from high head to high volume. See our recommendations below for compatible pumps to pair with our lay flat.   Step 1) Find out how deep you're going to drop your pump. Then call one of our Pump Specialists and order the custom length or 100'/200'/300' that is needed for Hose/Wire 855-560-5670!  Step 2) Then choose between a Well Seal Assembly or a Well Cap/Pitless Adapter. Measure your well casing diameter to determine which size Well Seal or Well Cap to select.  We recommend these Quick Deploy Kits for pumps from the 05RPS, 07RPS, 10RPS, 18RPS, 25RPS, 35RPS, 55RPS, 60RPS, 80RPS, 90RPS and up to the 150RPS series. That means the GPM rate is roughly between 5-150GPM. If higher volumes and longer lengths, lay flat pipe can be analyzed as 1.5" ID and that diameter can be used for frictional loss calculations. While 1-1/4" is standard for the all the threaded barbs at either end of the pipe, these can be adapted to 1", 1-1/2" and 2" easily using stainless bushings.   Quick Deploy kits include...
