We added some pizzazz to this vintage typewriter desk.  Live-edge butcher block adorns the top, with waterfall edges, visible when the sides are folded down.  An additional shelf increases storage and function.  And we can't forget those wheeled feet (our fave!), which curiously resemble a robot.  Maybe there is more to Robinson than meets the eye... Dimensions 40.25"L x 17.5"W x 28.5"H (Length = 26.5" when sides are folded down) Key Features Vintage     Repurposed     Live-Edge Walnut     Unique        The Oxford Live-Edge Walnut Limited Series Origin: Longmont, CO.  Wood was harvested in 2013 from several trees that died from beetle-kill. Wood was not farmed or milled.  Every walnut slab is hand-planed & pieces are fabricated & finished in-house.  The bark is gently removed to preserve the live-edge detail.  Slabs range from 1/2"-2" thick. Wood is finished with a clear stain to enhance the beautiful natural color variations in the walnut grain & topped with a clear coat
