After you purchase this pillow and use it, we ask that you return to this product page and fill out a quick product survey. You must wait until the product is delivered to complete the questionaire. After filling out this questionaire we will refund your purchase price! If survey is completed before your pillow is delivered, it will not be processed for a refund.  You will only have 7 days after receiving your pillow to fill out the survey and receive your refund. If filled out after 7 days or before receiving the pillow, no refund will be given.  The anti-suffocation pillow is composed of special 3D material that makes it very breathable in all positions.
