This has become a really fun yearly tradition… In this bundle we literally spared no expense, hunting down a couple of the best coffees we could find. Each of these coffees are a gesha, but are from very different parts of Central America, with entirely different approaches to the processing. The coffee from the Suchini family is processed to really push the acidity and fruited notes, whereas the coffee from the Altieris is washed, intended to showcase the delicate floral notes that are so common in Boquete Panama. -Jonathan
