This coffee is soft and supple. I’d brew it with a coarser grind than you’re used to, it draws out the tea like nature of it. You get touches of juiciness and sweetness but every once in a while you sip it and you’re like this tastes like straight up black tea. I personally really the more delicate coffees like this so this one hits the spot for me. Ideal for a pour over or any percolation brew. These more expensive coffees always have that fun added level of complexity that you can explore as the brew cools, I’d definitely recommend being intentional with that to get your money’s worth. A sipping coffee, so to speak. -Jonathan
