** ON SALE ** The beautiful woodblock print "Unzen Amakusa Kokuritsu Koen" (Unzen Amakusa National Park) is by Hideo Nishiyama (1911-1989). Phenomenal nature image of Unzen Amakusa National Park with Mount Unzen. Printer: Shinmi, Carver: Nagashima, and Unsodo publisher seal on the left margin. Title "Unzen Amakusa Kokuritsu Koen" (Unzen Amakusa National Park), Artist's name "Nishiyama Hideo saku" and dated "Showa 35 nen" (1960) in Japanese on the right margin. "Gei" watermark on the upper left margin corner. Very different and unique style woodblock print. Hard to find these old original first edition prints nowadays.  Hideo Nishiyama (1911 - 1989) was born in Kyoto. He was a well-known (Nihon-ga) Japanese painting artist in Japan.
