Urban Tapestry, No. 18 - Golden

The gentle warmth of a late autumn afternoon infuses this view down West 57th Street in New York City. I really enjoyed the richness of color and contrast throughout this subject. I think we all associate "beautiful light" with pastoral landscape subjects. But it plays an important role in urban subjects, too, and here it sets the key for all of the colors throughout the composition. Yummy!
