Our Palmetto honey hails from central Florida and is harvested from late June into July. This rare mono-floral is revered by honey enthusiasts from around the world. Rich in antioxidants, it is said to have health benefits that rival Manuka honey! Palmetto honey is made with pollen from slow-growing Saw Palmetto trees.
