The top skirt peplums feature a fish scale-like print in blues and gray trimmed in black bias. The lower skirt is a deep ocean turquoise, also trimmed in black bias. The bodice features a deep purple swimsuit-like top section trimmed in a silver sequin trim for extra sparkle. The lower bodice is a soft gray to match the peplums. The bodice is fully lined for extra protection from any spills. The neck ties are a black bias that trims the entire bodice continuing up to secure the top with an adjustable D ring. The waistband and waist ties are mint green. Waist ties are long enough to tie in front or back with a lovely bow. This makes a great costume for Halloween, a Disney Adventure, Mardi Gras, or any party! The curve-hugging design allows you to wear this as a costume without anything but a petticoat for a slightly naughty Mermaid Princess look.
