A coating of concentrated tart red and black fruit fades to reveal dark florals and a hint of tannin. I Pentri is the name of a native tribe to this area. Piedirosso means "red feet" This winery uses traditional winemaking techniques using indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentations, unfined and unfiltered. Dark and bold. Killer pairing with a grilled ribeye and gorgonzola cream sauce.
