Albone is a dry sparkling wine produced with the Charmat method. It is obtained using only Lambrusco Salamino grapes. It has a ruby red color with purple reflections. The foam is creamy and consistent. Notes of blackberry and blueberry on the nose. Excellent in combination with structured dishes such as roasts, braised meats and with pizza.
