Valid ticket holders can pick up for an additional 4 people. Each person can pick up a max of 5 orders total. You MUST provide the order number(s) when picking up at our table. Please email the help desk with the name and email of the person who is picking up for you. We are unable to combine orders. You can reach out to the help desk to add to your order as long as it is within the max limits. All preorders MUST be picked up in person at Apollycon. Preorders not picked up will be forfeited, no refunds provided. You can cancel your pre-order up to two weeks prior to the event by emailing help@mysticbox.co
