Purpleheart Jo Staff 1,1/4" thickness

This listing is for a Purpleheart Wooden Jo Staff. This is an upgrade to a common bamboo or rattan staff. The Jo Staff is a traditional Okinawan wooden training tool used in Kobudo style martial arts. These particular staffs are 48-54 inches in length. This staff has a constant diameter of 1,1/4" throughout its length. The materials consist of purpleheart wood which is one of the most beautiful exotic woods. Its hardness is comparable to hickory and has a beautiful natural dark purple color. These staffs may either be made from Solid hardwood construction or laminated construction, depending on the availability of wood and wood quality.  *The 48" Discounted staff has a section of slightly wavy grain which makes it undesirable for contact. I have reduced the price from 110 to 95$ *For the 52" discounted staff, this has a pinknot hole that is about 1cm large that I have filled. It has a few other minor pin knots.
