  These listing is for a pair of 100% handmade Hickory Ni-Tanbo Sticks. The Ni Tanbo are wielded in pairs and are similar to Kali Sticks or Escrima Sticks but much more refined. This is an upgrade from common Rattan short sticks. These Sticks are 28 inches and are tapered to 3/4 inches at the tips. The 'handle' section is approximately 6" in length and have a square cross section. The tapered design makes them much more maneuverable and light feeling enabling them to be wielded with much greater speed at longer lengths then compared to typical non tapered sticks of the same density. The squared section is desired by some martial artists as it allows the hands to lock into weapon for greater security and allows the user to pivot in and out using the thumb and middle finger controlling the direction of the stick.
