This fast drying formula is durable and high abrasion resistant. It's designed to fill open areas of the screen not covered by the emulsion. Go ahead and read our blog on - Liquid Tape  Shelf Life:+12 months For best results follow the steps below:  When the screen is dry and free of contaminants, put the block out on the print  side of the screen and spread it over the open areas until it is completely filled.  Touch up the defects. This includes blobs of product which tend to dry outside and pop off or smear during printing. When very fine meshes are used you can reduce the viscosity by adding a little bit of water. Suggested methods for removal: Due to the water resistant nature of this product it is hard to reclaim off of your screen. Please see steps below for suggested methods of removal Emulsion Remover and a pressure washer. Do not leave emulsion remover on for longer than 1 minute, it will harden the product.
