Peppered Bacon Original: Ingredients: Heritage Pork belly, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Juniper Berries, Bay Leaves, Prague #1 Cured for 14 days, Smoked over Charcoal and Applewood. Our bacon is cured with minimal spices over applewood. We then smoke the belly for 6 hours creating a light, smoky taste. Bacon Croutons: Ingredients: Heritage Pork Belly, Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Juniper Berries, Bay Leaves, Prague #1 Cured for 14 days, Smoked over Charcoal and Applewood Bacon Jam: This 5oz. jar of Bacon Onion Jam contains our popular Seaside Pork bacon, carmelized onions, and balsamic vinegar for a savory treat. Great topped on crackers and cream cheese or used as a burger topping. Pickled Pineapple: Imported Japanese rice vinegar, cilantro, dill, jalapeno, coriander, mustard seed, peppercorn.
