02: Diamond Eye Signet, large

The windows to the soul, a symbol of protection, vigilance, often connected to divinity or higher powers- the motif of the eye has been used by cultures throughout time. Signet rings were used as early as 3500 BCE, with symbols representing the family and the individual owner of the ring in intaglio, used for stamping important documents. The feeling of the piece was an important consideration for us, so we juxtaposed a knife edge detail extending from the edges of the eye with a curved, comfort fit interior and closed back setting, smooth and comfortable on your finger. 14k gold, set with a 4mm round brilliant cut reclaimed natural diamond, J/SI1, 0.32 cts.  Size 7, resizable within 2 sizes (up or down). 5.5 mm width in front.  Cast and crafted locally in Los Angeles, ready to ship.
