Victorian Diamond and Pearl Floral Brooch/Pendant

Antique Victorian brooch with a white enamel flower and old mine cut diamond center, surrounded by alternating pink seed pearls and rose cut diamonds and a lacy, scalloped gold border. The back has a pin as well as a bail that rotates out, allowing for this piece to be worn both as a pendant and a brooch.  Unmarked, tested 14k.
