Our 2 in 1 Top + Base Coat will help prepare your nail bed so your manicure last longer and at the same time it will protect and add shine to your finished nails. About this color: Base and top coat with a light to medium gloss finish. When using it as a base, apply one coat before nail polish. Lastly, after applying two to three coats of your favorite Selenia Beauty color, apply one coat to seal your manicure. Wait two full minutes to allow your nails to dry in between coats.
