The Peaberry seed is consider a positive genetic defect in coffee. Each coffee cherry has two seeds inside of it instead of one. This allows for a denser coffee seed and produces a incredibly smooth, sweet and creamy tasting notes. We recommend using a pour-over brewing method to best enjoy this coffee with a 16:1 ratio.
