More caramels and brulee than honey or vanilla, rich rye spice comes in to balance the decadent desserts - a hint oak, and a rich, touch of barrel char. The palate is rich and viscous, layered with brown sugar, toffee, waffle batter and snickerdoodle cookie - the combination of spice and sweet batter come together pleasantly. Long finish, more oak here than before with a hint of cola, rye spice, pleasant caramelized sugar and a hint of sweet tea.
